At Melika Trails, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review the following return and refund terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the item you received is:

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged

  • Defective

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 3 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the return process.

3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items returned after the 3-day window

  • Change-of-mind purchases

4. Return Process
If your return is approved, you will be instructed to return the item to a specified address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged.

5. Refunds
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • You will be offered  a replacement item   for future purchases.

  • No cash refunds are issued.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, follow the return procedure above.
